MEET MY GUESTS

I have chosen these speakers, not for their social presence nor their authority in their field, but for the inspirational journey they have embarked on. All of these beautiful souls have been incredibly dedicated to find their path of alignment, no matter what the outside world has thrown at them.
These conversation are about that journey. The drivers, the illuminating moments as well as the dark nights of the soul. I will be exploring with them what gives us the strength to pursue this often lonely path, what keeps us going, and what beautiful things we have found along the way.
I feel honoured and grateful to have these amazing people accept my invitation to have such honest conversations with me and you.

Conversation with Lisa Brewer - Coming back from being someone else
Join me and Lisa as we explore how our childhood shaped the paths that led us to step into archetypical energies that may have served us then, but were out of alignment. How did we notice this? What did we do about it? What was the impact? This conversation will be about how we found our way back from being someone that we (and others) expected us to be, and stepping into a version of ourselves that finally feels true.

Conversation with Morgan Matthews - Asking for help
In my experience as a coach, the ratio of female to male clients as easily been 10 to 1. Morgan was one of the rare men who came to see me over a decade ago, and he has gone on to become a coach himself. But what is it that holds so many of us back from asking for help (me included)? What is the difference for men and women when it comes to reaching out? And how has crossing that threshold helped us on our path to self-love? Let's explore.

Conversation with Jeremy E. McDonald - From addiction to self-love
The road can be long from addiction to self-love. I know very little about Jeremy's journey, but when I found out where he was 15 years ago, I am in awe. Join Jeremy and myself on this conversation about the trials and tribulations, and some very dark nights of the soul, to get to a place where we want to turn our life around.

Conversation with Milo Osborn - Finding a new Identity
I'm not sure exactly where we'll end up with Milo, because he is such a profound and interesting person. His journey of letting go and questioning the construct of his own identity, as a man, in this society where we hang on to labels to define us, will be fascinating.

Conversation with Yuliya Arabuli - The mirror of self-love through food
This conversation will not only be about taking care of our body, it's about truly understanding how to read our relationship to food as a mirror to the relationship we have to ourselves. From food addiction to detox via what is nourishing or all-consuming, well beyond the food we put in our mouth, I am super excited about this conversation.

Conversation with Paulina -Kulikowska - The importance of discipline and play
No one wants to hear that self-love is about discipline and action, yet self-love is a very actionable thing. Paulina is one of the most enlightened beings I know, yet this conversation will be very down to earth. She's one of those no-nonsense people who tells us exactly what we need to hear, even if we don't like it. We'll explore how to bring play into the mix... and have some fun. We'll also talk about being in Service, and the traps one can fall into... and maybe after all that... we'll take a walk on the spiritual wild side... who knows!

Closing the weekend with Nicole
More discoveries and gifts to collect! Let's finish this weekend with a mega-dose of love, compassion and encouragement to pursue the life we were meant to live!
This is not a road of Rainbows and Unicorns...
None of us will ever say that our path to self-love was filled with rainbows and unicorns. On the contrary... It's a journey of facing hard truths. Truths about ourselves that we'd rather not get anywhere near of! Yet, leaning into the fear of not liking what we might find is what allowed us to come out the other side, feeling so much closer to who we truly are... and there are no amount of unicorns that can beat that feeling!
(To be honest, this one was scary as hell!!!)
